qualitätsmanagement: internationaler Vergleich

I am going to write a dissertation concerning QM and
evaluation in a field of social science (especially
social work) and I would like to know, if somebody
could give me a link or a recommendation of a book ?
It will be an european comparison, maybe NL and Germany...
